If you are a prospective tenant, below are the properties currently available for rent; however, if there are no properties listed, feel free to check back frequently as we will post all properties for rent here. For your convenience, below are some basic criteria required to be eligible to rent one of our properties:

Basic Criteria:
1. Income must be 3 times the rental rate. (Unemployment Benefits WILL NOT be considered as part of your income)
2. Minimum 3 months employment with current employer. (Some exceptions may apply)
3. Last 4 paystubs required with application (Some exceptions may apply)
4. Self Employed applicants MUST provide last 2 years tax return (In some cases, 1 year tax return & current year to date income may be sufficient), also up to 3 month's bank statement will be required.
5. Provide valid ID or Driver's License
6. ALL occupants 18yrs or older MUST fill out an application & provide valid ID or Driver's License (Even if they are not signing the lease)
7. No felony convictions (Within past 5 yrs - *some exceptions may apply)
8. No Evictions in past 5 years
9. No pets (except service animals, or ESA)
10. Some owners allow Greene Met & Section 8 (Please review each listing)

If you would like to schedule a showing to view any of our rental properties, you MUST fill out the online application and have that application pre-approved before we will schedule a showing. Only prospective tenants who receive a Final Approval and pay the security deposit will be charged the $40.00 application fee per applicant.  

PLEASE NOTE: No showing will be scheduled without an pre-approved application. Only applications with ALL required documentation will be processed (Including Uploaded Paystubs & Valid Drivers License or State Issued ID). We WILL NOT process any application with missing pay stubs.

To view one of our rental properties, simply click the "Property Picture" link below. However, AFTER reviewing the property you would need to click the "Apply Online" link to fill out our online application for that property. 

If you would like to fill out our general application (not associated with a particular property) you can click this link "General Application" and fill out an application that we can use for any property.
